Do I have to download an app?

We do not have a Livvi app yet, but we will be using GroupMe to facilitate the group chats so that we can keep your phone numbers private. You can create a GroupMe account by logging in with your Facebook or Google account. Please be sure to download the GroupMe app and turning your notifications on so you don’t miss a beat!

Am I guaranteed a match?

At this stage in our service, unfortunately, no! We wish we could promise everyone a group match, but right now our matching is completely dependent on the volume of other women that are signing up. That’s why it’s so important to spread the word to your roommates, colleagues, neighbors, and anyone else in Boston who is interested in making new friends. The more women who sign up, the better the matches can be!

How long do I have to wait for a match?

We will keep you updated on our Instagram which has the exact dates of the matches and deadline to apply by.

Is this the group match service free?

Yes! It is free to get placed into a group match!

How many groups can I sign up for?

You will be matched in one group at a time. Currently, we have a match round every 30 days or so. However, after your match round ends, you can let us know if you want to do another match (and another after that, and another after that,...)! There are so many amazing women in Boston and we hope you all go on to meet more women, one group match at a time.
